not for hire
i always wonder about these truckers, they paint "not for hire" on the side of their trucks.
its like they get bombarded with people coming up to them asking them "are you for hire" and they get sick of saying no, so they paint it on the truck and go "umm no, read that down there"

I've wondered the same thing myself. I think it's so that they don't get harrassed by state patrol, thinkingthat they should have stopped at a commercial weigh station or port of entry. I wonder if you need a CDL to drive some of those bad boys?
