labor day = 4.5 hrs of shammy time

i rode up to brighton today, then up to the guard road over the crest and back down millcreek then home downtown. i left at 2 and got back at 6:30. thats pretty good timing. im trashed. i havent ridden that far since, well lets see... um last saturday... it feels like a year ago. i didnt stop much and ripped the trail in half. the rock spine is still there and i didnt see that many people. i guess they like to ride earlier in the day.

oh well good for me. it was a nice day to listen to techno for 4 hrs. my ipod needs a new battery. thats all i have to say. im tired and time to watch some lame show on mtv. have you seen atrain lately, he needs to eat a sandwich.
somethin not right with a dude 6'6" and 15 lbs heavier than me.
