i need one of these too, sham... wow!

i gotta get me one of these

billionairs that lost billions and millions

the #3 biggest loser of 2008 was dikshit,... no lie.

3. Anurag Dikshit
March net worth: $1.6 billion Current net worth: $1 billion
Dikshit designed the software for PartyGaming's successful PartyPoker game, which allowed live gambling over the Web. He left the company and sold a chunk of shares in 2006, the year the U.S. government banned gaming. He recently pleaded guilty to violating U.S. gaming laws and agreed to forfeit $300 million. He could face up to two years in jail but apparently won't be sentenced until 2010. He has already paid $100 million of his fine and will pay the rest in two installments next year.

over the hill

a few weeks ago i was riding down the street with the beagle, alex rock and rob squire. i used to think alex was a young buck, but now hes getting hitched and hes over the hill like me and the beagle.

anyway rob rides up and starts talking about the old days in 1991, i said, what year were you born? 1991 he says, holy shit im old, i was ripping the dh when he was in diapers.
this kid can drop the hammer and when i was 17 in 1991, he is now in 2008, same with connor O, those 2 are fast for being 17. thats something to look forward to.

i remember when i was 17 and kicking old guys ass too. man that was a long time ago.

i wonder how tom noaker feels, hes 60 and kicks ass of all ages, on a 1 gear too. if ever race 1 gear in utah and noaker shows up try to hold his wheel. there are only 1 or 2 guys that can beat him. at least were not as old as atrain.

old people get up early, i guess i got that goin for me. its only 8am but its saturday, and i got nothing to get up for. we should hit the slopes or something.

if you want to see a weird movie go to benjamin button, that will make you think about wishing your life away for tomorrow.

i was thinking tbird looks like larry king, its not cuz he wears suspenders or is old but the jaw line if you ever see the tbird profile you would agree.

tbird and tiff, high school honeys, impressive since i cant seem to keep one around for more than a year. or 2.

i think tbird and larry king are related, but claims not.

primetime goes slowtime

i lost interest in this forum, but i had to move that gw video off the top of the page.

if you want to see some weak to mild humor check me out on face book under sly fox
we went to 2 movies in 2 days and
were going skiing tomorrow at solitude so watch out if youre up there, i might go big.

chippo said theres a cross race at wheeler in 2 weeks so go race with rico and caveman, then go to his party and get your season prizes and eat some stuff by rachel.

matt always gives sweet prizes and has a lot of food, thats why hes the master at packin it on.

i probably wont post on here unless i get a sweet video of me going big tomorrow, or if i see some sweet bike parts in mad town in 3 weeks.

in 4 weeks we are going to cabo for a week so that will be ok i guess, unless i get ganked, or knifed by reefer growers while riding up to la paz, until then i got nothing so i'll just keep riding in the slush and selling ugly jerseys on egay. the other day i was riding the road bike on a sheet of ice and crashed twice in 5 mins, it was a plowed sidewalk but it was so cold the ice formed and it was like riding in a hockey rink. it was crazy, couldnt believe i ate it, dang. road bike tires and ice dont mix.
this was the SWEETEST post ever

watching cyclocross nationals on cyclingnews.com

4 laps to go

We've seen Ryan Trebon fire his big diesel engine like this a number of times.

Sometimes it works and he opens and maintains a gap that he holds to a finish line. Sometimes, he uses up all his fuel too soon and gets picked on the last lap. So nothing is assured but Trebon has decided to lay his cards on the table right now and win gloriously or die trying.

Truly impressive racing.

"Cyclocross mag" "Trebon has a commanding lead over this race and I think that the only person who could beat Ryan Trebon is Ryan Trebon"

straight from the sager handbook

so i went to fred meyer and gave out 20 dollar bills to people.

i got to push snow off the driveway, that was pretty cool.

cx race in draper

it was warm and sunny today, nice shorts weather.

i didnt take any pics and heres a boring story.

we missed the C race due to me not getting up, paid some 5 spot lincolns to the B race and juniors, watched sherwinator crush the pro women and most the B class men. then watched reed hang with bart for half the race until his front tubular came off, that sucks.

alex g is on form in december with a 10 second gap to 2nd. the little paved climb brings out the fit guys and hurts the heavier ones.

no wonder mitch won the last race here, its probably a 3/4 mile paved uphill stretch thats just long enough to pop the weak links in your chase pack.

anyway then i rode home for about an hours worth of shammy time.
before that i took the road bike on this smooth buffed out course, its smoother than RMR and if any cx course is made for a roadie like turbo this is the one.

its so non technical and smooth i had to throw up.
RMR or hell of the north has more gravel and bumps than this course.

1bart
2 alex g
3 rico
4 alex r
5 jonny hintze took out atrain in the sprint for 5th.

robbie squire flatted while in 3rd, ali g spent the week in cali and had sea level syndrome. reed was on the best ride of the year and blew his tire off the rim.

atrain cant sprint cuz he starts out in the 12 cog and gets bogged down.

if alex g is this fast in december its going to be crazy in march. oh dang, i think hes sick of getting smoked in the march april races so hes copying barts yearly cross/ski plan.

wondering why crispy did 4 races and called it quits mid season, why bart, ali and kathy are not in portland racing cx big time, and why sager lives in ptown and doesnt race when hes the cross crusade champ?

maybe they are saving it for kansas city next weekend. sounds like a fun trip, but i went last year and it was the most boring 3 days of my life, other than watching 3 one hr races over 3 days.

i cant handle that kind of white line fever and down time.

this was a pretty boring week on the primetime blog, i have to come up with some new material. i lost interest lately.

were going to cabo next month, and madison. so the next 3 weeks until jan i dont see anything other than monotony abound.
we might go to deer valley if it snows, but i dont see that happening for awhile.
thx to theresa for some passes. i dont go to pc to ski unless i get hooked up like that. its better to go to 40 mins away at solitude.
but im not going to ski on ice and packed blow snow for $50 bucks a day.
week 3 of road riding is done, now tomorrow its supposed to be 50F and i will try the longest road ride since april of 3 hrs. since its going to snow here monday morning.

ever heard of glutatione

i didnt think so

its tuesday night, i have nothing so i give you this

it has nothing to do with glutatione, so dont try to figure it out.

i dont think there is bad economy and every time i hear it on the news (like every freaking 2 mins) i want to smash it with a baseball bat.
some rich dude in LA threw down 6 large on burks USED prince road bike. paaaleeeeeez.
ok, its nice but seriously.

people are buying tons of stuff, i dont care where you live. i cant keep up. non stop shipping all day long.

bikes, clothes, parts, whatever.

i must be catering to the rich.

not many brothas in detroit into biking and 200 dollar windproof jackets i guess.

we'll be at wheeler with cash saturday.
early races only!!!!!!
its only 5 miles from the house. thats nice.

you know sometimes when you do laundry and you find money in your washer or wadded up in your pockets all krinkly,... well today

i found $835 bucks in my messenger bag secret pocket. its been there for 2 weeks and i didnt know it. not 8 bucks 35 cents. 800 bucks thirty five bucks. ya thats rad, but i dont know where it came from.

i wasnt missing it either so go figure. i was supposed to spend that in tucson, or denver. i dont know which or how long its been there, but i ran out of money at the race last week and had this bag with me and could have thrown down.

i'll save it for saturday. its $$$$50 gee dubs and 400 in jacksons, and a few benjamins.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rico does the double cx throw down

we watched team rico pull some watts and tactics in the 1 speed race of over 30 guys to do a state champ salute.

then he lined up 10 mins later with his 9 speed bike and watched guys crash, flat and blow up by the way side as kreig laid down the watts and the 2 took off into the 50 degree dust.

only 10 feet behind the idaho resident rico claims the 2nd title of the day. but you wont know it lookin at this

humble is an understatement, some times when you throw down you have to say, ya i kicked some ass today.

some how atrain barely beat chippo.
must be the bad back.

**sunday update**
team manager chippo ordered atrain to "stand down" and wait, having crew relay the message and some personal yelling across the field to drag his sorry ass to the line.
chippo was in the pain cave and needed the train to draft the final 2 laps in a desperate attempt to hold off jon iltis

its december next week and we can wear shorts and not get cold.
those mtn should be deep with pow.
meanwhile... the beagle tears it up on the east coast.
you wouldnt know that either since nobody blogs any more. i think it was a sprint finish.
pro racers that dont blog are letting down their local fans.
once a week paragraphs of how boring their lives are... well, are weak. step up the live action travels. the lamen weekend warriors want to vicariously live through your blogs.
i wont mention any names
tbird
sager
bart

mitchel

grid lock

i passed about 500 cars on 7th east in a 3 mile stretch. to that i say haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaaaaaaa

heres a video with bike porn, ya the dudes are naked so if you dont want to see some shrinkage dont open it

are times tough?

i think the fear mongering news casts and morons behind it are trying to scare everyone still. ok so probably some cant get car, home loans and financing for million dollar apartment complex contruction. but out in the real world like buying bikes and scooters people are throwing down no questions asked.

maybe i live in a place called wonderland, so tomorrow we're taking some frozen chickens to the poor people. if you want to bring me some to the race tomorrow i will take them for you. i hope they dont melt in the 60degree heat.

i have a free barbacoa coupon if anyone is hungry after the race. i got 25 points so they gave me a free burrito, (but they havnt made it yet) (just so you know)

im trying to help the poor, so any poor bike racers out there need a free lunch tomorrow just come talk to sly.

the times are tough for the CEO's of gm and chrysler. they flew to washington to beg for 25 billion in their private jets. when asked by congress if they would give that up for the loan none raised their hands.

these jack ass' make 20mill a year to run companys into the ground then beg for tax dollars so they can live large.

hmmm, maybe people dont like fixing their crap SUV's every 3 months with MOPAR parts and paying $40 grand for a tank that gets 12mph.
go figure it out while youre waiting in the welfare line in your private jet and 20mil salary.

the gas prices are not related to hurricanes, wars and what ever else they tell you. they raise the price when they want, in the summer, when people drive more. its supply and demand.
more demand, high prices.
lower demand, lower prices.
dont believe the news, they lie. they lie all day about everything and people think its real.

if you dont mind putting on your ski outfit to drive the scooter around town in the winter go ahead.

its $1.50 to fill it up now. that gets you 100mpg.
yaaaaaaaaa

idiots of the week. CEO's of large companies living the high life on the back of the american blue collar worker.

black hurricanes

Well, it appears our African-American friends have found yet something else to be pissed about. A black congresswoman (this would be Sheila Jackson Lee, ofHouston ), reportedly complained that the names of hurricanes are all Caucasian sounding names.

She would prefer some names that reflect African-American culture such as Chamiqua, Tanisha, Woeisha, Shaqueal, and Jamal. I am NOT making this up! She would also like the weather reports to be broadcast in 'language' that street people can understand because one of the problems that happened in New Orleans was,
that black people couldn't understand the seriousness of the situation, due to the racially biased language of the 20 weather report.

I guess if the weather person says that the winds are going to blow at 140+ MPH, that's too hard to understand
I can hear it now: A weatherman in New Orleans says...
Wazzup, mutha-fukkas! Heh r-I-cane Chamiqua be headin' fo yo ass like Leroy on a crotch rocket! Bitch be a category fo ! So, turn off dem chitlins, grab yo' chirren, leave yo crib, and head fo de nearest FEMA office fo yo FREE shit!

throw a wrench in your plans

Ways to Shift Self-Sabotage

Very often we aren't aware of what we do (or don't do) that keeps our success from unfolding. Based on my work with hundreds of clients, I've noticed 3 common handicaps that hinder our dream come true:

1. Needing It

The energy of "need" holds up the show, so the best way to get what you want is to not need it. For real.

It's easier to release the need than you might think. Different things work for different folks, so experiment with how you best return to your "all is well now" easy, lighthearted mindset.

I remind myself "everything's working out perfectly" or refocus on what really matters: my dogs, my freedom to choose, this cup of ginger tea - whatever helps me disengage from the "grasping" vibration of need.

If I really think I NEED this person to approve of me, or NEED the money to pay that bill or NEED my loved one to be well, I rethink it. There's a different thought that feels better and helps me drop the "charge" that needy energy introduces. As long as I think I need something to happen in order to feel better, I hold the very thing I want at bay.

Feeling good now - rather than needing something else to get there - lets your desire manifest swiftly!

2. Big Deal Thinking

When you believe something is rare, improbable, or difficult, it can't be anything BUT that. Your thought MAKES it so. That thinking slows up the whole process!

Stop the self sabotage by remembering that everything's easy to the Universe. What's one person's big deal is another person's no problem. I can get a date on a dime, but relax in front of a big audience? Holy hannah. Good trick! As I think it's tricky, so it is.

To stop this sabotage, get someone in mind who thinks your manifestation is simple and start thinking like he or she does. Does Oprah worry about the next mortgage payment? I suspect not. Does Donald worry whether someone will like him? Think like someone who has mastered your manifestation. You can think like that, too! All it takes is practice.

3. Believing It Hasn't Happened

As you notice something isn't working or hasn't happened, you reinforce that reality. That's what you Don't Want. Don't go there.

Train yourself to a line of thinking that allows for possibility - that lets something happen!

In our session clients get to point out once what's real. After that, if it isn't what they want, they get redirected -because our words are that important! I can't say one thing and expect another to happen. It just doesn't work that way!

You've got to stop noticing what is and start imagining or looking for what you want. Yes, that requires a skillful detachment from reality. That's where your power lies. Use it! (It's way more fun than sticking to reality, anyway.)

This article gives you a prime opportunity to practice the shift. Once you recognize a habit that isn't serving you, stop focusing on that negative and intend it's changing already. Start seeing where you DO have a light and easy attitude about a desire; congratulate yourself when you're naturally spending time with the vision rather than what's "real."

This whole deliberate creation thing is way easier than it's sometimes made out to be!

i didnt write this is copied from an email from www.goodvibecoaching.com

tea bags on top tubes

the funniest blog i have ever seen, but its kinda like porno so if you dont like seeing dudes balls on bikes dont open it

http://teabagsontoptubes.wordpress.com/

yaaaaaaaaaaa big ass truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

probably the thing i hate the most is big ass trucks, and the red necks that buy them, then hop them up, then drive around town thinking they are such bad ass' when really they are biggest losers around.

here , there, everywhere. in salt lake, on I-15, big ass trucks hauling ass down the freeway black smoking everyone with big ass mud tires and lift kits.

these guys have serious problems but thats not for me to say, knowing my own mega list of short comings.

anyway i hate big ass trucks on roads, with mud tires and such. heres a vid this fool in key west where is he supposed to drive this ?? on the beach?? whatever, its never seen a day off road.

the money tree

we went to big willys for lunch, they like to deface money down here and staple it to the ceiling and walls. those are all real dollars.

so i pitched in a few bucks, cuz thats what i do.

just waste money most the time.

you see, i get money, then i spend it or give it away so then i run out and have to go get more.
its kind of been wearing on me lately.
if i could hang on to it and not spend it so fast i might be a millionaire.
but then i think, what good is all this money going to do you if you die tomorrow.
so i just keep spending it and giving it away.
its called the money tree, so i just keep going back to pick it and it keeps growing.
i hope one day the tree doesnt die cuz i have a bad habit of spending i need to fix. good thing i have a wad to blow next weekend.

the money tree

tim was here

so was ali g

here is some truth for you

this tool is standing on the street corner in down town key west.

now i dont condone this sign but i had to show you how stupid this guy is.

last week i sent some offensive text messages to some of my friends about obama, some said they were racist comments. i thought they were funny tongue in cheek type jokes but other thought the opposite, and to them i have to apologize because im not racist and im about most open person around when it comes to things like that. i thought there were the funniest things in awhile.

but anyway this jackass, what the hell? seriously, i dont really play politics because the system is so flawed, what they were offering out of 2 deadbeats obama was the better pick,,,...... but seriously heres how i see it.

pick a president, heres cowshit and cowshit in mud laced with worms, take your pick. ummmmm

i guess i'll take the cowshit..

now offer up some good choices and i might pick one. but both of the candidates have pos and negs, one isnt terribly better than another but i dont want some senior citizen running things, i dont want more bush and i dont want a 100 year war.

i dont like bigggggger government and i dont want socialism.

so i guess the better is the latter.

im not racist, i think hope and making history and breaking down barriers is all good and fun but you have to realize he made some pretty big promises and these guys do is lie to get their foot in the door then just see how much work it is and say fuck it im in so who cares.

well see but theres my story.

i dont hate obama and i dont think god does either but that guy holding the sign is a freaking idiot
