after i just read kathys post about national sign ups i thought, oh wow that was a good idea.

so i go check it out, 5 days too late. what a freaking joke.

i learned this, racing age is for next year. so im old, i hit 34 last month. i thought i was racing with the 30-34 group,

but i read on and see im with the 35-39 group. ok i never raced cross nationals, im out of the loop.

i think, okay so kathy said 80 girls signed up within 20 mins of opening reg. last friday night at 11pm.

it says 120 field limit so im thinking im goin to get a nice start position.

hell no, im 120 in line in the age grouper class.

i better practice my passing like bart has the sweet inside line where he makes up 30 spots in the first 1 minute of the gun going off.

it better not be cold and snowy there or im not going.


oh ya mark mccormack is sand bagging in my new age grouper class, what the hell is that about
