im headed up to heber for a few days on the ranch, maybe i'll stop by the sherwins and the firths.
i got back from driving yesterday and bobby told me kathys car blew up in flag. that sucks cuz i was leaving right about the same time as her. i think her xc went about that good too. she is fast, on form and willow took her out in a cactus, bent her bars, then the tech zone didnt have any tools to fix it. wow what a concept a tech zone with no tools.

so she stands there for 5 mins on the all 1 track course. im sure she would have been in the top 5. but thats racing. get next time beano. i will take a bent pedal over that any day.

i forgot this, in the xc we had a train of about 15 guys snaking through the desert, i was 3rd wheel, this guy at the front blew and pulled off, then i was 2nd. he flatted on the rocky dh so now im in the lead and i dont want to be so im chillin but nobody is complainin so there is this 3 foot rattle snake across the trail straight across, just laying there and it was alive so i jumped it like i was at wheeler, then all the guys behind started crying like a bunch of pansies i looked back and it was striking at the bikes and guys legs.

yaa , that reminds me of last time i was down there. a desert tortoise was chillin in the trail for like 3 laps in the same spot. he wasnt moving and he was big. like 1 foot high , like a big rock sitting in the trail and nobody hit him. he just slept on the trail while 400 bikers passed him.
i wonder if hes dead now.
