4hrs at Fox pace. that's 1 hr forward, 2 hrs posing for the camera phone. 1 hr txt'ing. 1hr trash talking. 1hr crashing.

2 hours skating, using my arms, legs and stomach are like 6 hours in the sunshine. Add the calories burned trying to stay warm when it's 20 degrees. 7 hours.
