4 hrs that broke the foxs back

4 hrs of trails, im beat and worked myself over. check it out.
started downtown, up to the zoo, up high roller coaster, over and up red butte, up dry creek, down bobsled, up the pavement top of bobsled, down city creek, over to the capitol up ensign down city creek. all that on 4 eggs and a gatorade.

i saw skyler bingham riding this 40 lb free ride bike up some steep granny gear climb with his girl friend. that guy is crazy. stick to RMR buddy.
top of red butte

top of dry creek

bombin down bobsled, its a full on river.

2 hrs in i stopped to refill at this water station at the bottom of bobsled. i found these on the trail. ya dont even ask. i ate them.

the fox cut off behind bobsled. if you go up to the saddle at the top of bobsled then go north instead of south, go down the trail about 200 feet and its a sharp left. its a steep hike a bike for about 200 feet. once you are there its like this. nobody rides this trail and its called the fox cutoff. dont tell anyone.

if you look close here you can see trevor simpers house. he lives out on the shores of the great salt lake with his son taliban, other than that its a great shot of the refinery train tracks and I15. thats why i took this trail. to enjoy the scenery. yaaa

every time i go up ensign some jack ass is ruining my trails. check this out. built right on top of the trail. what up G?

rekognize.

oh ya heres the top of the final climb the radio towers up on ensign. and righ next to it the trail over to mueller. down into bountiful.

and the payoff, rippin it down into city creek on the rush with master of puppets blastin on the ipod. that bike eats it up.

how does that saying go? another day another dollar, or trail or something.

im kind of sticky and dirty, my hair is matted and greasy. its time for my weekly shower.

peace out
