i told the claw i dont ride road bikes

since i only did 1 hr of training last week i though i better put in some hrs, 5 today, 3 yesterday. ya thats more like it.

i got roped into a 5 hr road ride today with stormin and spencer. so we picked up bart and did the morgan loop.

it was windy and long, somethin like 100 miles. ya did i say it was windy.

so bart doesnt train that much. he went to east canyon and called it a day.

good choice.

dont under estimate the brains of a gillespie.

then spencers knee broke. ya he was in the pain cave. i stopped at burger king and got some fries and a coke.

so stormin dropped it in the 11 cog and we did 30 mph for awhile with a sweet tail wind through b town.

then we saw dr x. rippin the roads to shreds.

then i saw this ass and a goat.

yaa, climb-ums got nothin on this hard slab of flesh.
