That article makes me sick.

"She says a car accident 17 years ago left her depressed and disabled, incapable of getting a job."

Granted I have not been in her situation, but come on.. move on, get help to achieve more out of life. If anything volunteer.

"A lot of people have told me, 'Why don't your daughter have a kid?'"

This is a sick world. Have a kid just to make money. When and why don't people take accountability for their being alive and do something positive rather than mooch of the government which in reality is mooching off your neighbors.

GRR!

I have to agree with Matt. When you emailed me this link I felt my blood pressure rise, especially about the 'why don't your daughter have a kid?' comment. Jesus, this takes the idea of 'copulate to populate' to a whole new level. I can just imagine High School guidance counselors telling drop outs to have a couple of babies in order to deal with life.
At least the Euro's have their collective shit together. They are more healthy and have experienced a declining birth rate over the past decade. They value their spare time and bodies and don't want to be hassled with a crying, disease carrying kid. On the other hand the US has experienced a spike in it's birth rate and obesity. Utah's not top in fatties, but we're up there with it comes to contributing to over population.

thats a reason why i posted it, its a terribly lame story, hopeless fat pity party.

you know 30 years ago i punched in the face by a bully and since then i cant stop wearing diapers, cant go to public gatherings, cant work, cant get a job, cant walk to the sev for donuts cuz of this.

boo hoo

these people need darwins theory of natural selection.

i dont condone this behavior in anyway. in fact i despise it, these type of people need a serious wake up call so they dont bring up more kids in this hopeless environment of the downward spiral of human procreatation.

Forced sterilization reversible at birth, only after proving you can take care of a child and raise them to be a productive member of society should you be allowed to procreate. Also there should not be any tax incentive for having kids, there should be a tax penalty.

Well put Art. I would say a tax penalty after having 2 kids. Zero population growth with tax incentives for those of us who do not copulate to populate. I'm taxed more as a single male, yet less resources.
