when i was in the dt ripping up traffic tonight i saw this guy. wow, he gets around.
that messenger race tonight was for a girl with cancer a fund raiser. you could buy minutes for extra money, there was a stop with a bike toss and you could gain minutes there by throwing it far. i bought 9 mins bonus for $60 and there was a stop in sugarhood where you had to eat sauwerkrawt? hell i dont know, or drink whiskey or pay $20 so i gave them $20. im not eating that shit. we rode up to the u of u hospital and got a picture with her parents as a stop. had to bob for apples at the hospital on 7th and d street, go to the dentist at 400w 400 s. and make a get well card on some paper on the stop at 6th east 2100 south. then meet up at the park near the buzz base ball stadium. that took about 58 mins so i hope i won the bike. its for a sick lady so i hope shes ok. i dont know her but that doesnt matter. i would rather rip around town and pay some money than deal with what she has.
atrain was tired from the race and couldnt hammer, thats one reason i quit earlier. i had more fun tonight than this morning. if its not going on with the trails suffering through it doesnt do me any good.
plus shannon and jen had a bbq that was nice, they had free cokes.
im riding 4 hrs tomorrow. up to brighton over to milcreek. that should be sweet. here are some pics from today. 
chippo says hes on form so i told him to beat bobby and i would give him 100 bucks.
chucky got 4th right behind bart. it was a close finish after 2 hrs of climbing.
just so you know i thought i could do 100 interviews. i know way more people than that. but i get kind of bored with it so i will stop then. if i know you and have a funny story to tell i will probably catch up with you and do it. i saw tom cook today, i need to call him. lots of ideas going on at the den.

I showed up for the alley cat about 40 minutes late due to work party, but me and the wife still did it. I was looking for you and Art at the finish. Guess what, no ciggys at all at the after party. You should have hung out and mingled, after all you are a local legend.
