he works at contender and rides the road bike. but back in the day he raced with us on mtn bikes. juniors and ripped it up. then something shifted in the young mind of rock and he moved to oregon. raced road bikes and likes to hammer the climbs. skinny like a concentration camp victim. he can ride the road bike for hours on end with out fading.

moral of the story, ride a lot and eat at taco bell and you will shred.
