30 pros today

thats as big of field as we have ever had at the local race. its cuz there are few guys in town for the norba next week. so we had a big field even known jones, chucky, ali, atrain, nate and a few other normal guys were not there. what if everyone showed up it would have been like 40 guys. anyway i didnt get one pic cuz the batteries died right when i got there. that sucks but chippo got this of me slaughtering the chicken.

so the results say 7th so i'll take it. the time gaps are small and i blew on the last climb. 4 times up little stick was too much and i was in the big ring most of the day. atrain says its dumb, ya it is but thats my style.

i rode around for 90% of the race with a japanese dude, bart, and franklin. alan and alex took off. then sager got away after lap one. too many lappers on that course its a freaking joke. 1 track and 400 people on the same lap do not mix. so thats how sager got away and thats how alex lost. passing is hard when you are at heart rate 195 and have to go in the bushes every 20 seconds cuz the people are so lame they dont move.

ya im pissed but what else do i do about it, complain and yell or get the course to our selves.

then bart decided to pin it on the last lap and he got 4th, franklin was ripping the dh and got 5th, the japanese guy passed me at the top of the hill and i didnt have much left so i guess its better than last week. those guys are real norba pros, alan and alex should get close to top 10's next week. the lap times were super fast. the trail was in perfect cond. if bart doesnt get top 20 im taking up golf.

franklin and the japanese guy i hope do good, gettin beat by fast guys is better than slow guys. i think sager is going to michigan to race. he should win that. so its all good company.

cool mtn showers bring big ring powers. i got the mojo back and its only good enough for top 10.

maybe next week i will be the dark horse and kill it.

the wonder pony is having a party at franks house tonight, then sundance at 8pm.

next saturday night at barts hes throwing a summer bbq out on the deck. anyone is invited so come up and eat after the race. 6 or 7pm. email bart or me for the address. its at the top of emigration canyon but you need a number email us.

after the race today i got in a few extra hours.
