i was pretty consistent for the weekend.

2 starts 2 dnf's. ya shred the dh.
ripped it up for a few laps today. ya that was the 2 min laps.

insert sarcasm here.

i got a few sweet pics and worked on my tan. so overall it was productive. plus i spent most the day with my 2 favorite girl friends. ooo ya, and my ass is sore from that stunt last night.

i got to borrow chris sherwins yeti today, i had a problem with my bike right before the race and didnt have time to fix it so he hooked me up and the sizing, fit was pretty close.
now i know how kathy feels for the fast tech/moral/husband support. hes rad.

i think i fancy him now.


also, larry longo the announcer who makes it worth while to listen and watch. most guys/announcers dont have that edge to make it fun. --except gardie or sandy.
but he does and he got me a new number plate. plus he races with us sometimes and thats got to hurt.

anyway my opinion of mtn biking racing at this level is: its pretty much dead. there are not that many racers, the categories are empty.
the pros are fast, and the spectators are good in spirit but there is nobody there except the family and friends of the racers.
im not complaining im just saying its pretty weak compared to the old days or what it could be.



whats with rad ross in the retro full skin suit from 1990, ya its 75 degrees. not hot but still..














up next is the 12 hr race in pc saturday. i got the duo team goin with zep. 6 hrs in shifts sounds ok. round valley is hot with no shade but it should be better than racing solo. lynda and bionic dave i think are racing with us. so i hope im faster, and zep can drop the flying scot.
if not i think we should both join kyle in alabama on the golf course.
