the race at sundance was about 20 miles too long for me. thats bad cuz its only a 24 mile race.
thats all i have to say about that. i stopped in the trees and watched the guys get sweaty and dusty. maybe i should take june off from racing and get back to the basics. that means no racing, just long rides. i cant recover from 1 or 2 races a week and train big hours, it doesnt work. i took most of may off so im not over trained. bz wants to go to north carolina july 28th. lots of races.
skip dv, do 12 hrs pc. then 1 speed solitude.

now im going to break some traffic laws on my road bike. hope i dont get hit by a bus.


jen and shannon are having a bbq transalp party tonight. i cant go i have a bike to win and then a wedding, i heard all the hot chicks were going to that so i cant miss out.
